Hi, my name is KGuan and I started Active Pivot with 1 Mission: Helping You Pivot, Grow, and Succeed.
At 60, I look back on a 40-year journey that’s been anything but conventional. With no formal education until my mid-thirties, I carved out a living through relentless pivots—working as odd job labourer, to factory worker, an engineer, sales manager, and eventually rising to become Head of Manufacturing & Logistics for Asia Pacific at a US multinational company. Started Online Marketing and my own business helping Brands access to Asia markets. Along the way, I earned degrees in Business Administration, specialisng in HR, proving that it’s never too late to learn and grow.
I am still learning and picking up new knowledge and skills.
